The Black Eastern Water Dragon is a six-meter long Black-banded sea krait with spines down its back. On top of their head, between the eyes is an armored plate that has thick ridges and lined with two protruding horns on either side. A frilled neck like a frilled neck lizard. It retains the fins of a krait but has four short gecko legs. It also has both lungs and gills like a lungfish. It has fangs with venom ten times stronger than that of a cobra and a large long forked tongue. Unlike most Dragons that are hunters, this Dragon is an ambush predator.
