One of the five races of Light Elves. These Elves have pale light blue skin with webbed fingers and toes. Most have pale blue hair, while a minority have dark blue hair. Eye colour is predominately blue with some green.
Most are Greek with some Germanic, Celtic, Nordic (Zealander), Chinese (Gobi Inland Sea), Viet (Mekong River People), Okinawan and Pacific island tribes.
They weigh less than and are thinner than field Elves of the same height. These Elves have an average height of 150 cm.
